I slept in, woke up feeling sluggish and basically just rotted in front of the telly.

Fed Whiskers, cleaned the house and prepared a nice salmon sandwich. Yum, I love salmon.

Watched a little more TV and then went online for a full 4 hours before going out for a short walk around the block.

Am I getting old or has my life become a lot more peaceful?

You know, I really like onions. Especially those that are used in fresh garden salads… you know, those big, chunky ones. Not the ones that are too strong in taste that sting your eyes.

I love the sweetness of a good onion. It’s a good mix of a healthy “burn” as it also serves as a detoxing agent. And it’s tasty too.

Just a random thought, but onions are good stuff. Ain’t nothing like it in the world.

I guess the only downside is that the odor lingers around for quite a bit.

Now I must say for an adult I don’t really visit news websites all that often.

My friends have asked me why I decide to pick Forex trading instead of Stock trading.

There are several reasons for this, some of them being:

    1) Trading is not limited to market open/close times
    2) It’s hard to detect and prevent insider trading (in stock trading)
    3) Forex can be traded on more of a technical level (rather than fundamental level)
    4) A lower starting capital requirement for Forex
    5) With stocks, management can easily hide fraudulent activities from their investors.
    6) The fate of a company (and its stock) is held in the hands of a few (often incompetent) people.
    7) Hedge funds (and other institutional funds) can largely influence the price of a stock, especially if its medium-sized or small.

I don’t know. I guess stock trading is more appropriate for the ‘big dogs’, and small retail investors like me would suffer the most. But I guess I’ll just have to see where this all takes me.

Oh this is so exciting… and a little scary at the same time!

I’m going to be an aunt in 6 months… one of my cousins is 3 months pregnant!

Oh, the responsibility of it all… would I make a good aunt? I’m feeling a little too young to be a proper ‘aunt’. I have no babysitting skills and I don’t even know how to change diapers.

I wonder if I’ll end up being the ‘cool aunt’ or the ‘naggy aunt’ type.

    *shivers*

I can’t imagine being responsible for another human life… I’m quite glad that I’m not put into that position. Then again, most parents will tell you that having a child is the best thing that’s happened to them… are they lying?

Well, right now I’m quite happy with my life the way it is… no plans of getting married of having children yet, but I suppose as with everything else in life, things might change.
